– You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
– Some items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Process:

– Please provide your order number and reason for return when contacting us. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and issue a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:


– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without a tracking number.

4. Refund Process:


– Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the returned goods and process your refund.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges:


– If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
– We will process your refund for the returned item(s) once we receive them and issue a refund according to our refund policy.
